Year 2018
For the purpose of fulfilling the transparency obligation established by Article 1 Law No. 124/2017, it is hereby made known that
all grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or cash aid, not of a general nature and not of a
consideration, remuneration or compensatory nature received by the company from public administrations are
published in the National Register of State Aid in the transparency section

Year 2019
For the purposes of fulfilling the transparency obligation established by Article 1 of Law No. 124/2017, it is hereby made known that
all grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or cash aid, not of a general nature and without
consideration, remuneration or compensatory nature received by the company from public administrations are
published in the National Register of State Aid in the transparency section

Year 2020
For the purposes of fulfilling the transparency obligation established by Article 1 of Law No. 124/2017, it is hereby made known that
all grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or cash aid, not of a general nature and without
consideration, remuneration or compensatory nature received by the company from public administrations are
published in the National Register of State Aid in the transparency section.

For the purposes of fulfilling the transparency obligation established by Article 1 of Law No. 124/2017, it is hereby made known that
all grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or cash aid, not of a general nature and without
consideration, remuneration or compensatory nature received by the company from public administrations are
published in the National Register of State Aid in the transparency section.

Year 2022
For the purposes of fulfilling the transparency obligation established by Article 1 of Law No. 124/2017, it is hereby made known that
all grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or cash aid, not of a general nature and without
consideration, remuneration or compensatory nature received by the company from public administrations are
published in the National Register of State Aid in the transparency section.
It should also be noted that the company accrued in the 2022 tax year energy tax credits for
energy tax credits for “non-energy consuming” companies and gas tax credits for “non-gas consuming” companies as detailed in the
explanatory notes to the financial statements.

Year 2023
For the purpose of fulfilling the transparency obligation set forth in Article 1 of Law No. 124/2017, it is hereby disclosed that
all grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or aid in cash, not of a general nature and not of a
consideration, remuneration or compensatory nature received by the company from public administrations are
published in the National Register of State Aid in the transparency section.
It should also be noted that the company accrued in the 2023 tax year energy tax credits for
energy tax credits for “non-energy consuming” companies and gas tax credits for “non-gas consuming” companies as detailed in the
notes to the financial statements.
